LAW OFFICE
New 260m2 office fit-out in a Shortland Street heritage building.
Working within strict guidelines, these offices were stripped back to bare concrete walls and floors, and a new fit-out including glass partitioning, oak floors and oversize zinc clad pivot doors was installed together with new office spaces and a kitchen and bar area.
Build time: Approximately three months.
